Well the first thing you need to think about is do you really want your ex girlfriend back? I know that you are probably feeling some feelings of loss and sadness, well this is normal for all breaks ups its going to happen and there is nothing you or anybody else can do about it. If you got back together do you think things would be any better than before? Now seriously think about that and if you honestly think it could work out then I want you to follow these tips I have for you.

1. Agree with the break up

This may not be easy but this is the most crucial part of winning her back. You want her to think that you are OK with the break up. This will get her thinking in the right way to win her back. She is going to be thinking; Why is he ok with the fact of me breaking up with him? Most men will make the big mistake of begging and pleading for her to come back… you don’t want this but if you have already made this mistake don’t worry just stop already your doing nothing but pushing her away even more. I mean has it help yet.. NO so do you think it will help if you continue? NO! So STOP!

2. Stop all communication

That’s right don’t call her and don’t text her. Soon she will be wondering why and she will be calling you and texting you to find out. When she does be polite and make her think that you are just fine without her. I want you to do this give it at least 2-3 weeks I’m even suggesting 4 weeks before you even think about texting her or calling her. Most of the time she will contact you first.

3. Mental block.

You need to create yourself a mental block and what I mean by that is you need to stop thinking about getting her back and stop feeling so down this may not sound easy but this is a important step in getting her back I will tell you why later. How do you create a mental block? Well I would start by going out with your friends talking to them and don’t catch yourself sitting there sad. If you start feeling sad then get up and go have fun do something that will take your mind off it. Find something that makes you happy and do it.

4. Reality Check.

Go get laid. That’s right I said it don’t think for one second that she is not doing the same. I KNOW I KNOW this is not what you wanted to hear and not always true! She might as well not be but this is the mind set you need to have to get her back.

5. Act like you are happy

You DO not want her to think you are depressed and sad. You want her to think that you are happy and going on with your life. You want her to see you smile and laughing I know its not easy but just fake it the best you can.

6. Take care of yourself

Go get a hair cut, some new clothes, and hit up the gym or something make sure that you are looking the best you can.

8. Confidence

Have confidence and the best way to gain this is to start talking to other girls. Once you have your confidence back she will notice this and she won’t be able to resist.

When trying to get your ex girlfriend back its all a mental game and you need to get good at it. The simple most effective way is to make sure that she knows you are OK with the break up.. Take a break from each other… And then just be her friend try that see where it takes you.
