i wanna get my girlfriend and her 3 yr old son here in australia to live because the life here in australia is better and there are more opportunities for her son here.
im filipino but i was born in australia. i met her when i went to the philippines for a holiday with my family, so she knows my family and i know hers.
we fell in love and have been in love ever since. i talk to her regularly since im back here in australia, and i told her i was going to marry her one day.
my ques is, how do i go about getting her here? what are the steps? im going to marry her one day. and whats a fiancee visa? can someone explain, sounds interesting.

First you have to verify that she is still not married. This is important, because Philippines does not have a divorce, and the only way is an annulment which costs a bundle.
I don’t know anything about Australian visas, but try to figure out if it would be easier to get married here (in Philippines) or at home.
