Why are you sleeping with him when he is with someone else? He is telling you he still has feelings for you so that you will sleep with him, he probably doesnt mean it. You need to stop sleeping with him and see if he still says these things and still wants to be with you. Your only setting yourself up for a broken heart. You deserve much better than this so let him go and find someone that will treat you with respect and love you for who you are
