How do I fix my marriage to a man with Asperger’s?

I have been married to my husband for over six years and we have been on shaky ground. A month ago he moved in with another woman. But now he is back and I want to try and make it work. But my husband has Asperger’s Syndrome. He claims I dont understand his disorder, I feel like he doesnt care about me. How can I help him. I love him so much that leaving is not a good option.
